The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and public transport. The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful, they even assisted us with our luggage. The rooms were decently sized and had adequate amenities for a comfortable stay.
The housekeeping service was not up to the mark. We noticed uncleaned areas and stained linen.

Despite a small bathroom, our stay at Mayur By Roomsinc was pleasant. The friendly staff provided us with a prepaid sim card to stay connected with our loved ones. They even went above and beyond to courier my husband's forgotten ID card to our home. The hotel's location near the starting point of Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and helpful staff.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to and from the market and transportation is convenient. We also enjoyed the good hospitality of the staff, who were attentive to our needs. the rooms and services were good and made our romantic escape enjoyable.
There were some negative aspects that affected our experience. there were some cleanliness issues with the room and services.

I loved the location of this hotel! It's conveniently located close to the yatri parchi counter, in the middle of the main market, and it was easy to find transportation as soon as I exited the hotel. Additionally, the staff at the reception were very hospitable and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were also impressive and suitable for a family stay.

We had a great experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to the yatri parchi counter and various restaurants. We also loved the friendly and polite staff who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even provided us with a prepaid SIM card to stay connected with our family and friends, and were kind enough to courier my husband's ID card which he had accidentally left at the reception. The value for money was excellent, and the hotel's proximity to the starting point of Mata Vaishno Devi, Banganga, was a major plus point.
